1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Product received is defective or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong product or incorrect size/color variant delivered.
  • Missing items from the order package.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice must be retained.
  • Clear unboxing videos and product images shall be required for verification.

2. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please raise a return request within 72 hours of delivery through the Return section available on our website.

While submitting your request, please provide:

  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Unboxing video

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 2–3 business days. We may contact you for additional information if required.

If the claim is approved, Aaram Homes will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the product (subject to stock availability), or
  • Refund to the payment method preferred by the customer.

Approved replacement orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Note: Requests submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund approval.

3. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Design preference
  • Incorrect selection made by the customer

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing an order.

4. Refund Process

Once a return request is approved and the product has been picked up and passed the quality check conducted by our courier partner, the refund will be initiated.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed as per the refund method preferred by the customer. Customers may choose to receive the refund to their original payment source, bank account, or UPI ID, subject to the available refund options.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Once the returned product has been picked up, you will receive a secure refund link via WhatsApp or SMS. Using this link, you will be required to provide your preferred bank account details or UPI ID where you would like to receive the refund. The refund will be processed once the details are successfully submitted.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or UPI service.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If a shipped order is refused or returned without a valid reason, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Product Appearance Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to display product colours and designs accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to Screen settings, Device displays, Lighting conditions during photography. Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.
  • Additionally, slight variations in print placement, stitching, colour tone, or fabric texture are inherent characteristics of textile products and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects.
